Thank you for your interest in Organic Healing!  I offer an introductory meeting at no charge, to answer some preliminary questions you may have before deciding to work together.  We will meet for approximately 20 minutes either over the telephone or at a convenient location for both of us.  Please contact me to arrange the intro meeting and schedule a consultation!

Individual Nutrition Consultations are $55 per hour;
all other services listed below are $40 per hour

PERSONALIZED NUTRITION CONSULTING: I will work with you to create an Eating for Health nutritional program that meets your individual needs.  This will be based upon your personal preferences and tastes.  Together, we will identify diet and lifestyle changes that can be worked into your life realistically.  Consultations may be held via telephone or in-person.

PANTRY RENOVATION: I will sift through the items in your pantry and explain how to read food labels while shifting your focus from concentrating on calories & fat to the ingredients in the product. 

NATURAL FOODS STORE TOUR: At a natural foods store of your choice, we will shop together for staple foods that will allow you to create delicious meals and healthful snacks at home.  Ideas for shopping on a budget and saving money while buying natural foods. 

SHOPPING CHAUFFEUR: Don't like to grocery shop as much as I do?  I'd be happy to create a shopping list just for you, do your shopping, and bring it directly to your home (serving the Greater Seattle area & Eastside only; non-local trips available at an additional cost based upon mileage).

PERSONAL MEAL PLANS: Receive up to a week’s worth of daily meal plans/ideas (breakfast, lunch, snack & dinner, with healthy dessert ideas) customized to meet your individual needs, including many recipes to suit your goals and a complete shopping list to allow ease and efficiency at the store. 

3 DAY DIET & ACTIVITY ANAYSIS: A computerized break down of your current food and nutrient intake so I can address your concerns efficiently.
